What areas do you service?

• I am located in Ottawa and service from Orleans to Kanata and from Downtown to Manitok.

• I can be available to do shoots further out at an additional fee that is negotiated before doing any work.Can I combine corporate packages to get a discount?

• Yes! There is a minimum fee before discounts can apply.

Do I own the images you provide?

• You will own an unlimited commercial licence to the edited photos.

• RAW images are not provided.

• Images cannot be used to depict any party (your company/business or Photo Magic Lens) in a negative way or unfavourable way.

• Images can be used for promotional purposes on this site and social media unless explicitly indicated when selecting images in writing.

How will images be delivered?

• All images will be delivered digitally via a secure cloud service via a shareable link.

• All delivered images will be ready for use for print and web.

Can I combine packages and get a discount?

• Yes. There is a minimal spend amount before a discount can be applied.

How many on location visits do you make?

• For Real Estate and Landscape shoots there will be a up to two visits to scout the location then an additional one to take photos.

• For Office sites there will be one visit to scout the place and then an additional one to take photos.

• Additional visits to makeup shots for individuals who want retakes or unavailable will be charged $50.
